Jerry and his team performed a pre home purchase inspection on our home. These guys are top notch PROFESSIONALS. They performed a complete inspection from top to bottom and pointed out all the pros and cons . Even came back a second time to complete the inspection cause of snow covered items for a better look. Great honest professional guy .
I promptly received a call back about my inquiry to Affordable. I would challenge anyone to find someone as transparent and honest as Jerry. He put my wallet ahead of his own and told me his services were not necessary for my inquiry. He could have easily said otherwise.
They were amazing. Very professional and friendly. They made us aware of every single issue no matter how small. They used their industry knowledge and local connections to fast track our septic repairs and re inspected at no cost. They handled everything with our real estate agent and mortgage company making it very easy for us. Their office team was extremely quick and attentive for any questions and calls we had. We would recommend them 100 percent to anyone and wouldn't use anyone else for our next home. We really can't say enough nice things.
