Highly unprofessional and rude. Clearly trying to hide key details during the sales process rather than being up front with the customer. Lots of more reputable dealerships in the Dallas area. Edit - Additional comments following the response from owner - I find it ironic that you mention \the truth\ as opposed to \what we wanted to hear\, when my original comment spoke of the attempt to hide details during the sales process. That response feels like an attempted jab and strangely defensive, when I never claimed that we were lied to. I claimed that details were being hidden during the process. Specifically, the proposed interest rate that wasn't disclosed to us until we were moved to the finance department, long after a credit check was complete, monthly payments were being discussed, and despite us asking repeatedly. Rather than answer that question, we were left waiting, and then eventually moved to the finance office. At which point, we needed to ask yet again, as documents were being prepared, to actually be told what the rate was. Please also note that I'm not even complaining about the rate, it was simply higher than what we were willing to agree to. We could have all saved ourselves substantial time by your employees disclosing the rate at a reasonable time in the sales process, rather than clearly avoiding the topic until final paperwork was being prepared and likely either hoping we wouldn't pay attention to the details or have our heart set on the vehicle and accept the terms despite the propose rate. From reading through additional reviews, this does not sound like the only concern your potential customers have expressed about the approach of your finance department. I hope I misinterpreted the truth versus what we wanted to hear comment, as that would otherwise seem to support my initial comments around the unprofessional and rude treatment we encountered.

Renee approached us as we were walking the lot wanting to know how he could help us, I said you can't today as we are just kicking some tires but then my wife asked him numerous questions about the differences in the Traverse she wanted a white so he takes us over to a Pearl white and after a test drive so much for kicking the tires. I'm not sure if it was Renee friendly laid back attitude or the friendly sales manager Dwayne but we did end up at the finance office of Kelly. Kelly had all the paper work in front of him and explained everything in detail along with some different options and like Renee and Dwayne, Kelly was also laid back and a friendly person. Before we left and shame on me as I forgot his name but the man who runs the dealership for Mr. Britain stopped me introduced himself and we had a nice chat. This was the first time in our 40yrs of buying a car that we had a pleasant experience, so if your looking to buy a car you should give Renee a shot at Britain Chevrolet Cadillac.

I have brought my 2019 3500 had dually in 3 times for warranty issues all separate problems. The service guys at Britain Chevrolet. Are top notch. My father in the business in Illinois. 50 years. You guys put his Ford dealership to shame. Congrats
