I waited 20 minutes for 3 smoothies. I understand when it’s busy it’s hard to get smoothies and food out fast but the girls were making things as slow as they could. I worked at tropical smoothie so I know how it goes when making smoothies while being busy but this was ridiculous. The smoothies turned out good so I suppose that was the only good part.

The store has a fresh, clean appearance. The menu items have detailed descriptions. This was especially important because it was my first time and some items were foreign to me. Employee was friendly and explained well what the acai bowl was, which is what I decided to try. She suggested adding peanut butter, which added protein plus the flavor went well with my other choices. It was served cold. Taste was food and it was filling.

I came into the location and I observed waiting and ordering customers... Employee started making smoothies and instead of giving it to one of the waiting customers, she had made it for herself, took a drink of it and placed it under the counter by the register where the other employee was ringing up orders... Customers should not have to wait while employees are making their own drinks... She could have waited until it slowed down... Just my observation... On a positive note, my smoothie was made very good by same employee and the place was very clean and organized...

I go into FreshVibes both locations on At least three times a week. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and I have never had a bad experience. I am so glad to have a healthy option and fresh squeezed juice and smoothies in this town. Love, love what you Are doing, keep it up!

This is a great place to order a healthy meal or recharge after a hard night/weekend. I started my meal ordering a kickback jack smoothie. It was refreshing, delicious and very fruity with a hint of spice. They have a few healthy options for food. I ordered an avocado toast and a vegan pepper jack grilled cheese. They were prepared to be visually appealing and tasted as great as they looked. The grilled cheese took a while to cook and the avocado toast only came with one piece. All of the employees were very kind and provided recommendations when I asked for them. I would definitely go and order again. My main complaint is the price, it is a little much for the food and smoothies. They could be a little cheaper but they are not overpriced. I highly recommend the smoothies and then hoping over to McAllister’s for food, if you wanted more food options. To be clear their food is great but this is mainly a smoothie place with a few food options.

I’ll start of by saying that it’s great having a place to get fresh juice from whenever I’m in town visiting. I am all for promoting and living a healthy lifestyle. I have visited both locations and after going to the Charles Blvd. location once I will not mind taking the extra 15 minute drive because of the customer service and quality of flavor. I’ve ordered the Green Machine just yesterday (Charles location) and today (Arlington location) and the taste is not consistent by a long shot. I usually order the Sunset juice and I can say that the last time I visited the Arlington location the taste was same. There’s is no way that all of the listed ingredients were put into the juice, it mostly taste like water. I ordered these two juices a week apart and they tasted the same Again, I appreciate the mission of this establishment and I will continue to frequent the business, just not the Arlington location.
