Unable to get in contact with the company. I would love to have the wonderful experience of a carriage ride but unsuccessful. Trying to book for weeks left messages if someone know a great way I could reach someone please let me know thank you 4073296

I would like to thank WWCC for assisting in our picturesque send-off from our wedding. It added the perfect touch to our amazing day. The driver was very friendly and appeared very experienced. The ride would've been perfect if it weren't for some rude, inebriated people out on the town, it took away from the peacefulness of the ride. I might suggest they take less populated streets depending on the time of day, but considering all of the events going on downtown, that may have been difficult to do that night. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Called to schedule a ride for my wife and I on our anniversary. Never heard back even though I tried calling twice, left a message, and emailed. Completely ghosted us. Will probably never contact again. Terrible first impression. EDIT: Thank you for the response - you did indeed respond very promptly initially. And I am sure the ride would have been very nice if it had been scheduled. However, as you can clearly see, the last email I left included a clear question that was never answered. By the way, I do not appreciate you posting our entire correspondence and personal email information for general viewing. As everyone can now see, I had also stated in my email that I would follow up with you folks, which I did, calling and leaving a voicemail the next day. I received no call back nor any inquiry via email to follow up on my emailed question. Due to your prompt initial response, I will consider changing my review to 2 stars, but only if you remove our private email chain from your public response. Once again, I am sure the service you provide is good, but I was not at all impressed with either the communication or the scheduling process.

We had the pleasure of doing a carriage ride on Saturday, May 28 in the evening. I can't express enough my gratitude for helping my Mom. We would not have taken the ride without the drivers encouragement. She had a wonderful ride and thoroughly enjoy herself. Driver was information, helpful and aware of My Mothers uneasiness of the carriage. Thank you so much for allowing 3 ladies to have an every lasting memory together.

Mitzi handled the planning and event for our after-hours carriage ride following my wife and I's wedding at the Westin and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. It was the perfect finale to our unforgettable day. I highly recommend Whispering Winds and their staff - the carriage ride was incredible and we were treated with the utmost care from day 1 all the way through the end of the ride. My wife and I can't wait for our next ride!

Very disappointed. I bought my parents a gift card last Christmas, knowing they would use it during the next holiday season. When my mother called to schedule their ride for December 2014 she was told that those who had gift certificates had to just show up and get what was available. She was told that those who were paying now had first dibs on reservations. They mentioned that in the future they would be selling gift certificates, but they would not be allowed to be used during the month of December. I hope they tell this year's buyers that because they certainly didn't let me know that my gift certificate wouldn't have the same value as those who still needed to pay.

we loved it!!! We took our 2 boys and went through downtown for tour! It was freezing cold ands the driver kept us wrapped in a genuine old fashioned carriage blanket!! WILL do it again.
