I care very deeply about quality customer service. How we treat other people is so important. Greulich's is top notch! They managed to schedule me for some quick repairs the first time I visited and saw me right away the second time, when there was an issue with my steering. My car is running smoothly and I could not be more satisfied. I have not had an opportunity to work with anyone other than Cody, who is absolutely incredibly kind and informative but I'm sure they all abide by his same standard of good customer service as he does. Thank you Greulich team!

I have been to the location at Alma school road and Germann in Chandler, 5 times in the last 2 yrs, with different vehicles. Every time, the service had been outstanding, whether for quality, timeliness, personnel, and honesty. I have dealt with Brad at this location, and he is amazing in how he treats and manages to get things done. Seven star honesty in their diagnosis and work. All other folks are also awesome here. I once happened to get introduced to one of the top company executive John, and he also sets standards for leadership which shows and clearly flows down. This place is a gem in auto repair places in Chandler, AZ

Very talented technicians, professional management and excellent communication. Pricing is fair. My vehicle had a challenging issue to fix and the work was done quickly and precisely as soon as I gave the go-ahead. My vehicle is running perfectly now and the job was done in one day. I work on vehicles myself and am hesitant to trust shops but this one has proven to be everything I could hope for. I highly recommend them and I’ll be going back when there is a job too challenging or time consuming for me to do myself.

Been taking both my cars to Greulich’s for just over year now. These guys are all awesome. Such friendly customer service and they even text you with a diagnosis chart that tells you what needs immediate attention and what can wait. They also include pictures of anything that’s wrong with the car so you can see it for your self. Truly honest car guys.

I took my Mercedes there for a Service A routine service. The Mercedes dealership told me I needed new brakes when I mentioned to them they were squeaking a little (noticed in drive throughs) last couple of weeks. I told them I was prepared to have them done if they had time the day of service. Service tech came back explained to me that they were good and still had a lot of life left they were just dusty. They could have easily taken advantage of me since I was a female basically throwing the diagnoses on them that I received from Mercedes. Turns out my service A routine maintenance was early as well so they just made sure all my fluids were good and sent me on my way. Hard for a female to find a mechanic to trust. I recommend them highly and will be using them for my maintenance from now on! Thank you guys!
