Once again a great experience!! I purchase a vehicle that I was unhappy with for personal reasons after having only a few weeks. I called Bobby Sanchez and he got me in right away upgraded me to what I needed while still staying inside my requests. I bought a Beautiful Rogue! My family and I are so happy it is perfect for us! From the Front Desk to the Finance Manager everyone is so polite and helpful. They listen carefully and explain everything in detail. Great customer service Girard Nissan

We loved our experience here. We were walk in customers without an appointment. The salesman Bobby Sanchez was very helpful and nice, he didn't rush use despite he had another customer coming in shortly for an appointment. He worked with us to come up with a deal that we could be happy with and wasn't pushy. Even though we already had financing through our bank, he checked and was able to get us a better rate by more than 2 points. They were upfront and honest about their dealer fees (unlike other dealers we have dealt with in the oast), the fees were reasonable as well. While we waited to sit down with the financial office, they extended the offer to sit in the customer lounge with our one year old. The customer lounge was stocked nicely with complimentary coffee, water, soda, and snacks. Since we had to wait a while due to how busy they were on a weekend day, they threw in Scotchgard protection for free. I totally plan on purchasing my next car from there.

What a great experience from beginning to end! The Internet manager reached out immediately to find out my needs. Bobby in sales listened to my needs and stayed within them. They found an awesome Altima for me and I drove it home the same day! Even the Finance manager took his time and explained everything in detail! Great job Girard Nissan!
