Shane Leader reached out to me as he saw I was selling my Nissan 370z, he was asking if I was interested in trading it in for a newer Nissan. I expressed to him that I was looking for a very specific vehicle that was not a Nissan. He checked inventory and happen to have what I was looking for. He set up an appointment, the process was very easy and now I have the exact truck I was looking for. Although they couldn't give me what I wanted for my 370z, the process was very simple, quick and they don't have a ton of hidden fee's like some other dealerships! Through just a bit of negotiations, I was able to drive my new truck home that day! Shane is a great guy and eager to make a deal!

I had the best experience at this dealership with the service department. My car stopped working and I ended up having to have it towed, not only was it towed in the middle of the night so they were closed... it was dropped it off in the wrong parking lot by the tow truck driver. I spoke with Bobby in the service department he and his guys not only pushed my car to their lot... they figured out the issue my car was having and fixed it so fast. I’m talking under 30 minutes fast, Bobby called me right away to let me know what was going on with my car. To top it all off they were extremely reasonably priced, and were so polite. I was so grateful, and really felt like it was a fair price! I’m extremely pleased with Bobby and the whole service department!!

I absolutely LOVE this dealership, I can not tell you how many times I've gone to a car dealership and felt like I was being pushed to buy a car I didn't even want, but with prestige Nissan of Tiffany springs it was so easy and I got the car of my dreams. the sales staff there are the sweetest people I've ever met. I went to this dealership trying to find a replacement for my first car that I had loved and i never thought I could find another car I loved like it. However, my salesman Shane leader took every feature I wanted in mind and found me a perfect car. with the help of Shane leader and Anthony pirano I was able to get approved for the car I had fallen involve with. if you are looking for a dealership that will treat you with kindness and respect I would 100% recommend going here. and if I ever need a car again trust and believe this will be the only place I go.
