I bought flooring from there and they sent there people to install it and they did not finish the job so for 2mo I was calling lows and finely they gave me some of my money back and said there not going to finish the job. All it was was trim everything else was done. So now I have a house with the trim not finished right. Look at these pics and see if you want them installing your floor. Very unhappy

Never ever going to this Lowe's again and I'm going to stay away from Lowe's as long as I can. I received a mr. Buddy Heater for Christmas it quit working today. Since I live a long ways away from Grove Oklahoma I called the store in advance to make sure they understood what was going on before I drove all the way there and they told me to go ahead and come there and they would help me work something out. When I get there they don't have anything that I need and they are unwilling to work with me I'm getting something that could be compatible and then they asked me if I had the receipt and I explained to them that I said it was a Christmas present before I even came up there and he told me to go ahead and come up there and they said well without a receipt we can't help you anyway.......

I ask the Lowes loading staff for help and they did. I know that this was not there job but they pointed me to the correct aisle... thank you guys! You were professional... friendly and nice! This makes me want to come to this store... Happy Thanksgiving!

Like always you can expect the employees to be by the book and a good way very helpful and courteous I did see people shopping without face mask which was discouraging but I had a good shopping experience as always you can count on that I only wish I could say all the employees were wearing their masks but that was not the case
