I called them looking for a loan to help pay for half of the cost for a new roof for my house. Long story short, I bought the home and two years later the Navy decided to move us to FL. I have money in the bank and needed a little help. The representative talked down to me wondering why I wasn't using my tax return (it went towards a wedding) and why I bought a house needing a new roof. Her attitude and her lack of compassion to my situation was very unprofessional. I've been giving to NMCRS for 18 years. I won't be giving anymore.
