Little pricey but got the repairs done very quickly which was very important. I own a vacation rental and had guests. I was out of town and they arrived within 3 hours after I called.

Had another Plumbing Service come 3 times, to no avail. But, when Roto Rooter sent Sid & Zack they had it done in an Hour & it’s been great since. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!
While I was told that someone was on their way from about 15-20 miles, Mont the tech didn’t show until an hour later, but with it being after hours it’s understandable. Aside from waiting too long, Mont arrived with a great attitude and was very helpful with explaining things. He found the issue and fixed it. I wasn’t too sure about calling Roto- Rooter, but now I have all the reason to.
It was after normal hours and both of the local plumbers we use were at church so we didn't want to ask them to leave. We googled and got the number to Roto Rooter. They came from 60 miles from us on another job. It was about 9 pm he came. The young man that came was very professional but very funny!! We really were impressed with the quickness and thoroughness he worked.
Heather is always willing to adjust their schedule to fit in emergencies, the technicians have a good attitude, and they complete the tasks we request professionally and efficiently.
