I absolutely love this place! The staff there is amazing. I like a good workout and I was sore for a good three days after my workout in places I didn't think you could be sore. The owner is so personable and set me up with some great trainers that did exactly what I was looking for in a workout. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot!

Great knowledgeable staff who care
I've been going to GYM for the past 9 years. It has been life changing. The expertise of the training staff is exceptional. They're current on training techniques & customize them for your own individual needs. One of the Ceceliaisms that I wanted to have printed on a tee shirt was \I'm your trainer not you friend\, I found out early on that wasn't true. I not only know I'm a friend but part of the GYM family.
The assessment was so thorough! It was nice to see your strengths and weaknesses. Definitely excited to get started! The staff was so friendly and welcoming!
These people have made me believe in myself and helped me regain strength and balance after a stroke, and they continue to feed my soul and help me get stronger everyday! It is a great place to feel good about yourself.
