Had a service call and was told they could replace a part. They came back and told me they could not replace this part after nothing had changed. Got charged for two service calls where no work was done. I called to try and negotiate, explaining that the problem should have been found during the first visit. The person I spoke with threatened to come to my shop and smash my car. These are bad people.
Have rented forklifts on multiple occasions and never had any issues. They extended one rental where work scope increased without any problem.
