Good shopping experience. Bought water heater online and picked it up. Customer service could be more friendly. Could of sounded happier. Also they did not verify my identity to see if I was really the person who bought it

Very nicely stocked, the store is big and spacious. The holiday set ups looked amazing and the prices on product were attractive. Staff is friendly and approaches you asking if you need assistance. I enjoyed my visit and got some good deals on some tools and home decorations.

I ordered a few doors for a remodeling project at home, and they were not available at my local Home Depot in Succusanna, so I had to drive all the way to this location to pick them up. The store looks nice, clean and well organized. Unlike other stores I've visited in Union county, all the employees I spoke to were eager to help with a smile on their faces. It must not be easy to wear a mask all day long during this pandemic, so more kudos to these guys and gals!
