I had Mr Handyman come out to help with some small improvements around my house and to install a medicine cabinet and repair some drywall. The team that came out was on time, very professional and helpful and did great quality work. I’m very happy with the end result and my experience with the team, both the handymen and the client service team. I would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

The job: removing baseboards and adding new ones to dinning and living rooms, upstairs stairwell and upstairs hallway. I am going to give my review in bullet format to make it quick and easy to read: 1.\tFirst it was supposed to be a one-day job, 8 hours, which turned into a two-day job. Which means I had to take two days off of work to supervise the work. 2.\tThe Handyman cut the wires to my security system while removing the old baseboard leaving me with me security system for a week and I still had to pay for the additional time. 3.\tThe work is sloppy, many of the nails are not flushed with the surface of the baseboard and the caulking is sloppy as well. When I asked the Handyman if he was going to fill in the holes he said paint would cover it which is not true. He also left marks and dents in the baseboards and the alignment is off. So, I have to recaulk the job myself and paint it. 4.\tThere was no offer to add on painting for the work. 5.\tI price was around about what I thought it should be; but the quality should have been better along with the timing. I paid good money for those baseboards and they should have been handled with better care. 6.\tAlso, I asked for an estimate for some work on the bathroom and no one contacted me back. Overall, I don’t think that the quality match the price point, and I am wondering if it was a job I just should have done myself. Or, if I would have gotten someone else to do it for 600 instead of the over 1,300 I paid for the work. Picture to come.

I had wood rot on my bay window and Dave and Jamie did an amazing job on the repairs. They worked efficiently and meticulously and I could not be more pleased. They arrived on time and were extremely nice and professional. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman again should I need any additional repairs.

Mr. Handyman called to schedule an appointment within a couple of hours of completing request in Angie's List. Got appointment for next day to fix an exterior door that was letting in water. Showed up on time and identified several areas around door and outdoor light fixture that needed caulking. Did them immediately, took pictures before and after. Was done in about an hour. Followed covid precautions and wore shoe coverings without asking. Very polite and friendly.

I called Mr. Handyman of Catonsville to replace my gable vents and am so pleased with the service I received. They sent me a picture of the employee being sent, which I appreciated. Fujin arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did a great job. I will definitely be using them for future jobs and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Thanks Mr. Handyman!
