My first experience was not great but Mr Hall reached out to me and addressed all my concerns. Mr. Hall spent almost 2 hours going over the features on my car and set up my apps on phone along with onstar. He made sure I was comfortable with the knowledge and not overwhelmed and gave me his number if I had any other problems. Bravo Hall Buick you changed my mind.

Panicked when I woke up to a flat tire on our new Chevy, as I was packed up and ready to head to Big Bend. Called Hall to see if I could get in first thing for repair! These guys were once again, AMAZING!!! Kind, cordial, helpful and got me taken care of and on the road in a flash! Even washed my truck up for me real nice! I will FOREVER be a customer! It's incredibly refreshing to be taken care of so well these days rather than just being a number!
