Two years ago I bought my Diamondback hybrid and had Clyde James put it together. I got into riding it quite a bit more this year and took her in for maintenance as she was overdue. Brandon assisted me at the counter. He communicates well and is professional, warm and inviting. I now have a kickstand, bottle cage and new (and much improved) bike chain. My DB now rides smooth as butter once again, just like new. I'll be a customer for life. With Clyde James Cycles' pricing, options and emphasis on service, I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Clyde James saved Christmas! We finally got off the waitlist for a mountain bike for our son. We had it delivered to Clyde James and he built it and had it ready early! He delivered it professionally, and called several times before to keep me updated, and he didn’t blink when I asked him to deliver secretly down our driveway so Santa could still surprise our son on Xmas morning! Five stars and excellent customer service!!

Dropped the bike off in the evening after riding at gateway, phone call in the morning bikes ready. Bent rim is straight now and tension adjusted on derailer . Also got some grips for the bad habit . Thanks
