Our reefer was throwing a code and shutting down. I called CT power and they said stop in and they'd look at it. They got right on the trailer when we arrived and had us fixed and back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you very much CT power!

I don’t care for this place. It’s difficult to get service scheduled. I get the feeling they don’t want my business. The place is small and hard to maneuver on their lot. This is the closest dealer near my house and I can’t service. They will be the reason I go back to ThermoKing when it’s time for a new trailer. Transport Specialist the local ThermoKing dealer always gave me great service and I miss them.

My unit shot off for altornator problem! I was lucky that I was only one mile to the shop they're really nice people specially my young man Jimmy doesn't joke!! At first I thought he's just writing the info of my trailer! Man with that age he climed on my unit and fixed my problem right away and all I payed was less then 190. I'm really happy with their service and I'll recommend you too.
