National Rent a Car is where I go for my rental vehicles, and I usually rent my vehicle for 10 days twice a month for business, Ms Frances is always a wonderful and delightful person. I enjoy her smiling face and positive attitude. Now when you drive out of the garage, those person(s) who scan your vehicle before leaving could use some better customer service skills.

I collected my Tipoa Rental Car from rental car centre which is the located approximately 5 miles from the airport. All of the rental car companies are located here and the shuttle bus service was clean and efficient you can collect the bus outside of door number 11 when exiting the airport after baggage claim.
The driver helped with my bags. Returning the car was very easy. As soon as you walk out the door, the shuttle is right there to take you back to the airport. I also like the fact that all the rental companies are in one place.
