Clean and pretty. But they need help in there. Food was cooked fresh. Send that young lady some help. The food was delicious. Perfect amount of mild sauce and the chicken was juicy!

After all this time in Homewood il., this would be my Very first visit to patronize this Harold's Chicken shack. Today was .99 Wing day. So I ordered five wings and .99-French fries. I requested the mild sauce on my wings and hot sauce on the side (but it was not). So I took my order back into the Harold's for them to add the mild sauce. However since it was done.correctly the first time I felt a bit uncomfortable with her taking my food back into the kitchen area and closed doors. But they refused to put the sauce on my food in front of me. reWhen I arrived home and opened my food order I found about 7-Itty bitty little wings with no meat on them. And just think, I was gonna ask them to fry them extra Hard. Then my Wings would have been Just Some Hard A Bones. But this was their Special for today and boy was i Surprised. But never again w/ nor by this Harold's restaurant ever. Pls. I enjoy deals but they could have pre-warned to let me decide if I wanted the food or NOT.

There food is cooked well and it taste good. Also, from working with food for many year(s) you can taste the difference in freshly cooked food and food that has been blanched( food that has been pre-cooked for a certain amount of time so customers's don't have to wait long for their food) this establishment, cook your food to order and that's how it should be done .

Their chicken is fried perfectly and the catfish filets are nice and healthy. There’s a Sharks 2 blocks closer than Harold’s but our family enjoys Harold’s so much more!

Great food but they are the slowest restaurant in the area. 45min for a quarter dark with no one in the store is just ridiculous If your in a rush don’t even bother.
