Amazing! Look no further, this is a must do when in town! I went down the Shenandoah and Potomac with River & Trail twice. Once for a sunset kayak tour and another for their white water raft adventure. Both excursions were filled with laughter, beautiful scenery, and unbeatable professionalism from the guides. Suki and Scooter were amazing leads, who ensured we had fun and felt safe! Suki pointed out all the amazing views and historical spots along the way, we even saw a majestic bald eagle flew by! I will most definitely come back for more adventures!

Had a great time on the river with our guide Animal! He was able to point out Bald Eagle nearby, educated is on the Blue Heron, and talk about other aspects of the nature/wildlife on the river. He was patient, fun, easy going, and made us feel safe the entire trip. Logistics/check in/customer service was all great from start to finish! The equipment was in great shape.

It was a beautiful day on the river in May 2019. The kids and I got the trip for their Dad’s birthday since he had never rafted on a river. Two boys, 14 and 10, actually had to paddle together and the guide, Sarah, helped make it work. After the first big rapid they were in sync. Lunch provided. Total trip about 3 1/2 hours, the 4 of us in our own raft with guide, and transport back to starting point. The river still low, class 1-3 rapids.

This company does a great job! They kept everyone safe and a great time was had by all. They have a whole routine for the bus rides and the instruction is tailored to what you need. The guides are very nice, helpful, and entertaining. Would definitely use them again.

Was a great experience, first time canoeing was so much fun here. Although the pric3 was litttle to high for a canoe.
