Went there with a friend looking at a trail boss and wasn't really satisfied with the whole experience. The manager was unwilling to negotiate on a better price for a 2020 that has been sitting on the lot since December even though my friend was willing to drop 15,000 cash. We were told...( That will only lower your payments. That won't help with the sticker price.). Very disheartening and actually kinda disappointing considering that it is used inventory

Car was serviced promptly and properly but, in the middle of an accelerating pandemic with new, more infectious strains in circulation, I was made to enter an enclosed space without proper distancing, hand my credit card to a person I didn't know and twice use an uncleaned pen previously handled by whomever. I will return post-pandemic but will look for other service options until/unless Turner resumes offering contactless pickup.

Prompt service, went out of their way to help us. Zach was very personable, and the best. Best customer service we have experienced in a while. They never pushed anything on us, never overwhelmed us, and did not try to get us to get a vehicle we did not want, or an APR we could not afford like other car dealership we have dealt with over these last several months.

Very nice experiance buying our truck here. The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. Sales manager was also a great guy to work with. Didn't hesitate to bring a slightly different truck up in a little different color and features after talking to us and test driving the other one. Glad they did. We bought the second one cause we liked that color and the extra features we were looking for to tow with. They truly do try their best to match you with the vehicle you're looking for. If you're in the market for a New Car or Truck with helpful staff and no pressure... Turner Chevrolet is were you should go.
