Our family rafted the Lower Pigeon River this past Tuesday and we all had an awesome afternoon! It was our girls’ (age 4 and 6) first time whitewater rafting and we could not have picked a better company to do so! From the booking process over the phone, to checking out in the shop post trip, all of the staff we encountered were friendly, kind and professional. Our guide, Webb, was fantastic. He was fun, knowledgeable, and so patient and encouraging with our littles. He loves his job and let me tell you, it shows. Our experience was top notch. We will absolutely be back when we visit the Smokies again. Thank you, Big Bear Rafting!

Great atmosphere. Very safe and clean with Covid precautions. Reasonable prices and they are very accommodating. We had Socks and he was an amazing rafting guide. He was personable, friendly and had lots of good reccomendations of things to do in the area. We felt safe and he made it a lot of fun. We would definitely go back! Thanks for a great experience!

Had a great time today. My wife and I along with my two granddaughters ages 8 and 10 (it was their first time). Joseph the guide did a great job of explaining the safety rules and what our role would be. He was especially vigilant with the girls. His personality mad the trip fun and he made sure we had a fun experience, spinning and riding the rapids. The office people were excellent as was the bus driver. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to raft the river.

My girlfriend and I had no idea which company to choose to go white water rafting, but we couldn't have made a better choice! Jeremy our guide was awesome, he made sure we hit plenty of splash spots, kept it fast-paced and exciting, but controlled the raft with expertise. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and we'll definitely be using Big Bear again when we go back to the Smokies

So much fun!!! All the guides have great personalities and sense of humors. Which made the experience even better! You can definitely tell the rafters with Big Bear were having a much better time than those with other rafting companies. Will raft with them again
