The main reason for this rating is because the store Mgr Ray was Superb. I went to replace my microwave which had blown out and he in a matter of seconds found the old model and went to the replacement model. We ordered it and now it's in its way. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly his customer service was impeccable. A great experience it was worth the time and trip to the store.
This is by far the very best PC Richards I've ever been to. The Service is exceptional. Jason by far is the best sales associate I've ever dealt with. He knows all there is to know about Electronics but especially Televisions. He can break down the differences between them all to tailor exactly what fits for you. He was extremely helpful getting me the best deal on a state of the art Television and Sound Bar. The Supervisors were excellent as well. Caring and quick to help find a solution to my inquiries. Peter and Ray were very friendly as well. Go to this PC Richards. This team sets the standards extremely high
