The desk staff are some of the rudest people I have had to deal with. While the pedorthist is knowledgeable and does a very good job, the staff are very difficult work with and have no concern for the customer. While my wife was getting fitted for insoles, the receptionist was talking bad about other customers that had just called. The hours are very difficult for anyone who works during the day, and the business is very cluttered and unclean.

Very nice and super helpful! The Doc was such a huge help, we were in town for a visit and not a patient yet he helped me like he'd known me for years. I was having pain in my feet from an active lifestyle and lots of running/walking and needed some relief. He put me in some amazing insoles and I felt relief immediately!

Updated post with 5-star rating: I am upgrading this rating from one star to five. I returned to the Healthy Foot Center last week for a follow-up appointment. Bonnie was not there. The staff who were present were extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. Because my insurance does not supplement the cost of shoes or additional inserts, the Pedorthist worked out a plan for me to purchase what I needed. Great service. Original Post with one-star rating: I have had five appointments at the Healthy Food Center over the past year and encountered an unprofessional front desk / reception staff member, Bonnie. Impolite, impatient, and short interaction on telephone. \I am busy!\ \What more do you want?\ Demanding statements, and refused to answer questions or document critical information. Disconnected phone call without warning. Other staff members were pleasant and helpful, and I did purchase diabetic shoes and custom molded inserts that have been helpful over the past year. My overall experience, however, was overshadowed and negatively impacted by interaction with Bonnie. General appearance of store and patient care/exam area was cluttered, disorganized and dirty at last year's visits; however, it has notably improved this year.
