Thankfully, Donna, Director at Falk Funeral Home, provided outstanding support to guide me through the process, which she did skillfully and seamlessly. Would highly recommend. My husband having served on the old Fountain Hill Cemetery board for years knew all of the movers and shakers in this industry. Getting close to the end of his cancer battle, he told me to contact Falk, as they had direct cremation program. We never got to meet in advance of his passing, but I was so impressed that when Hospice called them after his passing they were here!!!!! So respectful, safely removed his body ( Covid times), respected my wishes not to have his face covered until he was out of the family's site. All they asked is when would be a convenient time for me to come to the actual funeral home office to move ahead with arrangements. No money exchanged, no credit card authorization , nothing required at that time. Impressive. Peter, the associate I worked with was also impressive. Kind, respectfully, competent and informative. I highly recommend Falk Funeral Home and Crematory. They go the extra mile.
