Excellent dealership. Just bought a brand new Tahoe Z71 at Henderson Chevrolet. Our sales rep \Pineapple\ was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty as he accommodated us even though it was already late in the evening. Absolutely no pressure and all the numbers (for the new purchase and the trade in worked out very good), an overall very smooth process. \Pineapple\ also provided great after-purchase assistance with the service department to install accessories, etc. BTW, service department was also very accommodating on short notice and doing a professional job. Really a first-class dealership all around. We really enjoyed our purchase experience and we love our Tahoe. Thanks again to \Pineapple\ and the team at Henderson Chevrolet, ... you guys are awesome!

The last time I went here was back in 2016 and I did not have a good experience. I was very reluctant to come back. I came in looking for a Blazer and was so pleased when Rand was the sales person that I worked with. He kept it real with me and didn’t beat around the bush that much. He even found me the car of my dreams and between him and David in finance I had a wonderful experience! Thank you so very much!
Both vehicles were brought in for scheduled service and both returned dirtier than when brought in. If I am paying over 50 for an oil change, I do not want fingerprints on the glass with the reminder sticker and if I am asked for a car wash I expect it to be washed. I can get better service at Jiffy Lube. 2 years ago, the service was so good, I bought/leased 2 new vehicles on that same day. Not this time.
