They are always very nice and the groomer is excellent. I love the products they use on my dogs. They still smell good after a month! My pups are always happy when they leave there and best of all the have excellent prices!!! Would recommend to everyone!

My dog had an appointment at your facility on Friday at 1:00. We arrived 15 mins early and the door was locked. There was a sign on the door that read closed. As a new client, I checked the address to make sure I was at the right place, I was. I then called and got an answer machine. I waited until 1:15, still no one. If you had an emergency, leave a note on the door. If gone to lunch don't make an appointment for 1:00 simple. I rate you a 0 and taking my business elsewhere.
