My husband Alex and I came in looking for very specific features on Highlander’s, and Sterling was very helpful in helping us find the right model for our needs. Unfortunately, the color combination we wanted wasn’t available so we’ll have to wait for now, but from how friendly the staff at the front desk were, and the water and popcorn available while we waited for cars to be pulled around for us to look at, it was a very memorable experience.

I had tried working with a different Toyota location previously, and was not made to feel like I was someone of importance. I actually waited months till I searched out another location as I had my eye on a specific vehicle for quite some time. I did the online thing and was a little apprehensive at first because of my previous experience. But I ended up meeting Jordan Davis, Tim and Grant. Jordan actually listed to my concerns and apologized for the other dealership's behavior. He said they would take care of me. We test drove EXACTLY the vehicle I was looking for, and then told me I could get a 2021 if Interested. I felt like a Queen to say the least at this place. Jordan even spent the extra time and effort to walk me through all the apps on this vehicle, told me I could face time him, text him, call him at any time. Tim (Manager) made a point to meet me as well, and Grant our Finance man was awesome, and a great sense of humor as well. Jordan and Tim stayed after hours to finish up the papers, make sure my Brand new CHR was detailed (which it had never been driven yet) but Jordan wanted it to be \perfect\. I would highly recommend this dealership above all others!!! Thank Jordan for making my dream come true. I had to walk to my garage this morning to make sure it was still there in my garage

My wife and I went to test drive a Highlander and enjoyed the entire experience. Harrison helped us and was helpful, kind, and had great knowledge of the Highlander. We were very impressed with Harrison's professionalism and helpful style. BTW - Highlanders are great. We were impressed with this dealership.

I leased a new car from these guys and, overall, it was an excellent experience. They were accommodating and helpful. They found just the car I was looking for (which I LOVE, by the way), and they got me into a lease at a reasonable monthly payment. As far as car dealerships go, you can't go wrong with Hendrick Toyota. Ask for Jordan, and when you talk to him, tell him I'm still waiting on my TRD license plate frame.

I have purchased 2 cars at Hendrick Toyota and my experiences have been amazing! I absolutely love the staff here. Christopher Wolf is the most dedicated salesman there. He will go out of his way to meet your needs and really cares about his costumers. Make sure to ask for him when you come in! I just traded in one of my cars with Christopher Wolf again. I had mentioned to him I wanted a specific car and jokingly told him to let me know if he could ever get it for me at a really low monthly payment. Months later he calls me to tell me what I thought would be impossible was achievable: the numbers for my dream car were possible! Not only did he remember my needs, but he actually got me a lower payment on a brand new car than I had initially joked about. I am still mind-blown. Not to mention how kind, patient, and attentive he is. He will always goes the extra mile for his customers.
