The rented oxygen concentrator died early in the morning. I called Vantage and they put one of their on call guys on it. He had one delivered and running for me in a timely manner. Same with oxygen bottles, you call them and tell them you got an empty and they set a day to come replace them for ya. Very professional and easy to work with.

Thet were wonderful..arrived right after I got home from hospital. He set everything up and explained to to me. The next week I need a D tank to go to doctor Charles delivered it the next day set the portable tank up for me. He was very nice an efficient. Highly recommend him.

Joanne figured out my mask issues by switching me from a AirTouch N20 to a AirTouch F20. For nine days I was really struggling and she was patient with me when I called her several times during those 9 days (I was pretty discouraged and frustrated and felt like a failure). I got my first wonderful sleep the night of 11/05/20 using my F20 mask; pretty exciting. She figured it out!!!! She is a real asset to my local Vantage Home Medical Equipment and I hope she works there for years to come.
