Very disappointing. After so many years with them, the quality of service over the past year has just collapsed. I used to recommend NWFCU, but the service I have received in the recent past has destroyed my faith and trust in the institution.

Worst Customer Service Ever. They asked for a document, I told them I was having lunch and will send it in 10 mins. The rep lectured me that they can't wait for 10 mins and will revisit my application when her queue is done in a very harsh tone as if I have done a mistake, no etiquecy or decency. Remember you are not doing me a favor but business.

I had a 6 year car loan here, perfect payment history, never one late payment. I also have no black marks on my credit ever. After taking a good hour of my time in the application process, they denied me a loan on a new car with similar repayment terms as my last loan. I am pretty surprised given my past relationship of perfect payment here. Oh well, another institution valued my business and strong credit history and I am enjoying my new car. They will get their money as all my creditors have. I'll be closing all accounts at Northwest shortly.

They gave me a hard time trying to get a use car loan. I have saving account and mortgage with them with excellent credit score. I will take my business elsewhere. Wasting my time...
