First and foremost......this is a great family owned and operated marina!! I wouldn’t put my boat anywhere else on Greenwood Lake!! SO......I was in the 1000 Islands this week and didn’t want to trailer my boat for 5 hours, so we rented a pontoon for the week!! I cut my vacation short a day because I heard of the bad storm coming to NJ. I drove through torrential rain and wind and my first stop home was to check my boat at Greenwood Lake Small Craft. When I arrived at my dock....my boat was GONE!!! First thought was that it broke free and was either floating somewhere in the lake or sank!! Then Dan and Paul informed me they were taking out the bigger boats and putting them on trailers for safety!!! REALLY???? Who does that?? NO ONE, except them!! These guys are the best....they care....friendly, knowledgeable and the best customer service. I’ve owned a boat since 1997 and have never had that type of service...EVER!! If you’re thinking about docking your boat anywhere, this is the place!! Thank you Dan and Paul for outstanding service and really caring!!!
