Kim was extremely helpful! Called her during my lunch break, wanted to do something nice for a friend in the hospital. She had some ideas and quickly put something together. Within 20 minutes (including the time on the phone) she had it prepared, sent me a picture of it, and had it delivered. Would strongly recommend!
