Nathan roughed in plumbing for a double sink for us as well as installed a gas line to our outdoor grill. He is very kind and down-to-earth which I appreciate. His work was exceptional and he was very detailed when explaining the project in process. I will be having him come back to install the new vanity sink after we repair the drywall from the new rough in. If we ever need future plumbing jobs I will be sure to call Eco Plumbers. What a great staff and very friendly. You can tell they love what they do. ️

This company charged emergency rates for a service call that took place before 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon, to fix to a leaking valve, (a part that typically costs less than 20.00), and a leaky faucet. The technician charged my 85-year old mother 233.50 to replace a simple shut-off valve under her sink. Oh - and that was with a 35.00 Senior Discount! And... that did not even fully resolve the problem, as he was unable to fix the leaking faucet. He then tried to sell my mom a new faucet at a cost of 400.00, since he was incapable of fixing the existing faucet! He also spent half his time - at my mom's expense - trying to sell her a new hot water tank, and taking unsolicited photos of the water tank, even though she had already explained her tank is almost new and she was not interested. (Attaching the technician's photos) The woman in the office also tried to sell us a water tank, before she would even schedule the service call, and I told her then we were not interested. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go. Aaron Gaynor - you should be ashamed!

I have used this company twice now and each time the technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Today I had Taylor and he did a great job explaining everything to me. His co-worker cleaned up the area nicely after the drain was unclogged. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because they are pretty expensive on SOME jobs. If I wasn't under a budget, they'd be 5 stars hands down! Will probably use them again, because I know the job will be done correctly.

We had a major back up in our drainage pipe; the best solution was offered and work started the next day! And although extensive, finished in one day! Friendly and helpful technicians who were respectful of our property even hosing down our drive way when finished. As a tip, I would definitely purchase their prime customer program that also moves things along quickly.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They called me right away to see if they could schedule me in an earlier time. The women who schedule me was extremely nice. ( I have forgotten her name unfortunately). Lamar was wonderful. Very nice and personable. He did a great job!
