I bought into the guarantee they make on their drill bits. Haven’t had any problems for years, a 300.00 bit ended up snapping in half on us. I went into the store expecting a replacement and they declined to do so. The reason I was willing to spend the money on their more expensive bits in the first place is because of the guarantee they make. It was an odd length drill bit that was seldom used, but they said because it was purchased over a year ago there was nothing they could do. In my opinion it’s not worth spending the extra money on their tools if they are not going to stand by them.
