I am working with hold my tickets at this very moment trying to get a refund for a show that was cancelled due to covid. Haven't had much luck up until this point.I will keep you informed iorder to privide a real time review.As I said, I was working with HMT and they were good enough to issue me a refund. Therefore I have revised my review to 5 stars, and it is well deserved. Thank you

Awesome group of guys that work here. I always go here to get a hard copy of my ticket when Hold My Ticket is the ticket vendor. They have a nice variety of patches, stickers, and pins for various artists.

Will, the group of kids, and I didn't get to go. Even though we didn't go we still had to pay for an experience that we never had!!!! I'm sorely disappointed by this. It didn't matter if I got sick or the kids. Now they will not return my money. The two nights we did try to go there's was no parking and the line was all the was back to user exit 159. I didn't feel as if the kids would have enjoyed it having to wait in the car for that long. Not even considering the bathroom breaks and then getting hungry. And this was at 6:00 pm. Now the main thing they says is the vendors need to get paid so in other words. The vendors want money that was not even earned. Wow what a bunch of thieves. Now if this doesn't get posted the I also know what big liars they also do so please beware of if you choose to go to these event.

Easy to purchase which is the only reason I give two stars. Show got canceled, did not get fully refunded full price for the tickets purchased, contacted customer service about issues, and got fed crap. I will never purchase through them again which will suck as there are things I would like to see. I will network and find tickets others way thanks to their poor customer service and them ripping off people who held up their end of the agreement. Should look into being more customers.

Everything you would want and expect from a third party ticket vendor. After my experience with Ticketmaster Hold My Ticket was certainly a breathe of fresh air. With only a 2.50 (I'm not sure if that is across the board for all tickets or not) transaction fee which is completely reasonable I was good to go. Compare that to Ticketmaster which has 2 hidden fees by the end of the transaction totaling 15.60, it is clear that Hold My Ticket values their customers more.
