When our plans to fly for Spring Break were cancelled due to a medical problem, I was anxious to redeem some family time together. We booked the last condo available and found it to be PERFECT for my family of five plus two grandparents. They slept in the 1st floor bedrooms while my 5 split the bedrooms upstairs. We loved sharing the living space while still having some privacy. The Charleston was decorated beautifully, clean and well kept. There were plenty of parking spots and quick access to Holland State Park and the beautiful overlook at Mount Pisgah. We spent time in both Holland and Grand Rapids. I only wish it had been pool season so we could enjoy outdoor time right at the Beach House!

My boyfriend and I wanted to see the fall colors and also be near a body of water. I found this location and it looked beautiful. It filled all my expectations. Super clean and private because the other levels were empty of Covid to keep guests safe
What a great experience! Karen and Quinn were great to deal with. If you get a chance to rent from these fantastic ladies, do it! Property was everything promised and very clean.
A group of us friends (9 adults) and two babies spent the weekend there ( Thursday-Sunday) and it was absolutely amazing. They called days prior and day of to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a binder inside the apartment that gave us all the information about the town, food, expectations for the stay and numbers to call if we needed something. There’s a nice heated pool and hot tub to use as well! The apartment was spotless, especially staying during the covid time. We didn’t have to worry at all. All the basics were provided and plenty of space to live in. The view was phenomenal, can see the lake front from the balcony and Is just a few minute walk away. 10 min drive to downtown holland. Karen was very responsive and quickly responded to my texts when I had a question for her. Thank you for the great stay, would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
We just stayed at the Beach House for the 4th time in 4 years. We love staying here. The amenities are wonderful, clean, and in a great area. The staff is always helpful and display great customer support. Sadly, the pool was closed when we went this time but we still had fun hiking and walking to the beach. We also found another beach to visit at Tunnel Park about 1.5 miles away. The whole family had a great stay as always!
The Beach House is delightful! Condos are beautiful! All the comforts of home! Close to the beach and trails. Staff is incredible! I’ll be going back!
