I was injured while visiting my daughter from out of town and this office was remarkable. They fit me in right away, the staff and doctor were kind and thorough. After returning home I needed information and records for a new orthopedist in Virginia and they went above and beyond to help me. Becky Adam, in particular, responded to my request almost immediately, stayed late to ensure that I received the records needed for an emergency appointment, and followed up to confirm. After struggling with other offices to get assistance, it was such a comfort to have their support. You can trust them, and they are wonderful people to work with!

Saw Leslie and had excellent service except my doctor. Dr. Carroll appeared bored and put out With my visit. In past 15 months have had 5 spinal surgeries at Duke and lost a husband of 56 years. Saw Dr. Carroll because of recent fall injuring left shoulder. He seemed put out when I asked for a simple muscle relaxer for bedtime. Never had such an attitude out of group. Everyone very nice except him.

I’ve been going to Dr Justin Pretzel for PT as recommended by Dr Carroll for my rotator cuff. I’ve only been twice so far and the difference Justin has made in my mobility is amazing! Hoping at the end of this to avoid surgery, but even if I end up needing it, I’ll know I’m in good hands after surgery for recovery. Extremely impressed and highly recommend Justin for PT!!

I had rotator cuff surgery 4 weeks ago. Dr Szura is extremely caring and competent. As with any orthopedic surgery, your physical therapist is critical to your recovery. Evan is amazing! He is calm, caring and very knowledgeable about what is needed for a safe and effective recovery. I highly recommend him and this practice.

ABUSIVE with prices !! Be careful when entering this clinic, they inflate (up to 400%) of the medical devices that they offer. They make you sign at that moment so they will take advantage of the costumers later. Staff is great.
