I absolutely love Botanica Tomasa Francis! Everyone I've met their is very nice, very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. The place feels very warm and inviting like home. Today, Amanda went out of her way to get me some rompe saraguey branches. I only had to wait a few minutes and she returned with a fresh batch. I love this place! \u003c3 This will be my go-to botanica for years to come.

One of the nicest shops I've ever walked into. Very clean and welcoming. Before you even walk into the shop you get a scent of fresh flowers and calming aromas. The staff are super friendly and very trustworthy. After leaving the shop you feel a sense of calmness and serenity. Overall one of the best shops I've ever gone into.
I placed an order this morning and the arrangement was delivered in less than 4 hours. The service was very prompt and personable. I received a phone call confirming my order, and was later informed with a photo of the delivery. A follow up call checked to see if I was satisfied with my service. omg i love it super nice . Everything you need for your religious and spiritual needs .if for some reason you can't find something they will try to get it in order for you the girls are super nice very professional and I love that they have a rewards system definitely recommended.
