If I could give a zero I would. I purchased from this place in person a few times before I found a better company to purchase my ingredients from. Besides being higher the the other companies sometimes by 10 more on certain products. NOAH I REPEAT NOAH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. He even talks to his employees in a rude manner and makes disrespectful remarks behind their backs to customers. every time I visited the company and had to order with him I never wanted to return and will no longer return now that I have found a new company with professional services and reasonable prices. OH NUTS is way better.
This is a company that has been in business for 40 years providing wholesale and retail nuts, snacks and candy and having been associated with this company for numerous years, i must say that lately the company's treatment of its employees is very disturbing. A company's greatest asset is the quality of the service it provides and by extension this means the type of people employed to give the service/goods. Employees are customers too and therefore need to be treated with equal amount of respect and appreciation as customers spending dollars. Employees can make or break a business. Employee morale has lately taken a nosedive because of certain policies and people put in place. Many are talking about the way in which employees of color vs Caucasian/caucasian looking employees are treated. Change/progress/modernization is indeed good but should not be so at the sole expense of the employees morale. Employees may be a dime a dozen, however, excellent workers should be commended and recognized and there must be equality; whats good for the goose should also be good for the gander. Management needs to look into this workers are disgruntled lately and it is clearly showing please take a closer look, have meetings with employees about certain policies, treat them with respect as they treat your customers.
The worst store. I had few bad experiences with them. Employers are rude and despectives with the clients,bad treat, no education and I think the products are no fresh. I dont recomend this store at all!!!Better 100% OH NUTS!!
