The staff is very professional, cordial and helpful. Dr Rivas is exceptionally welcoming and knows how to put you at ease. He makes you feel as though you are the only patient in his care. He is very calm and takes the time to explain everything you need to know. He is a top of the line Medical Provider.

I had a very good experience getting my colonoscopy and endoscopy with Dr Rivas, from the front desk, to the nurses everyone is very nice and gentle, Dr Rivas is always asking you how you feeling making sure you’re comfortable. The facility is so clean. And also one of the best things, the don’t make you wait a long time (like other places). I totally recommend anyone to come to Dr Rivas

My husband and I are current patients of Dr. Rivas, we really appreciate the genuine concern he shows towards our symptoms. We are also surprised by how much time he spends with his patients. I feel like most doctors spend a minute or two with their patients and hurry out the door. It’s nice to know some doctors really do care.

Dr Rivas is very knowledgeble and his team arround always do everything to help me in the process of getting better I am sorry Ambetter has elected to remove this quality of practices from their providers . I think is a big mistake because Dr Rivas not only take care of the patients but also dont like to order studies like other practices just to bill insurance so super dissapoonted with Ambetter and I really hope Sunshine Health reconsider it Thanks to all the team and next year when I enroll agAim will look the providers first so I can chose Dr Rivas
