When the equipment do work, they’re great. However there’s nobody there after a certain time and because of my work schedule, I have to do laundry after hours. Sometimes the dryer wouldn’t get hot or the washer doesn’t spin and you’re out that money, simply because no on is there to help. There’s a guy there that cleans very early morning but he isn’t helpful with that at all. Keep this in mind! Updated 01/08/2020 The owner responded about business hours. I actually went back at 7am, when the worker that’s there for “full service” comes in. She got settled in, then I told her my problem. She said there’s nothing she can do and I will have to wait for the owners to come in; which they don’t have a set time that they do. She also suggested that I leave my phone number for them to call me, so I did that. I never received a call about my situation. I never over load dryers or washers, nor do I add too much soap. I’ve lived in NYC for 10yrs so I understand exactly how commercial dryers are to be used properly. Take your money elsewhere, because although it’s just a dollar or two, remember that eventually adds up and they’re getting free money when their equipment don’t work and they don’t refund the customers. I will be going elsewhere and I hope others reading this will also.
