Great online purchase experience. Lens was shipped promptly with tracking provided. First lens received had some optical defects (manufacturer's fault). Contacted Hunt's by email and they provided a prepaid return label and advised me that the replacement was back-ordered at the moment. In not too long the replacement came in which they promptly shipped to me. Great customer support! Be aware their web store appears driven by actual sales staff and so don't expect the typical immediate automated messages about order processing. Instead I got direct emails from the sales staff with status and tracking information. And you can always email a specific update request from their website as well. Will gladly purchase from again and good to have a solid alternative to some of the larger photo retailers who often have endless wait lists for popular items. Word to the wise - the way most camera manufacturers distribute product to their authorized dealers means that you've got a better chance getting a hard to find item from the smaller ones like Hunt's.

I needed a pretty specific lens filter for a trip, and we don’t have camera stores like this where I live. These guys found it for me and held onto it until we made it to Holyoke. Thank you so much! Day made. Maybe someday Hunt’s will open in VA.

Customer service was above expectations. The workers there are very helpful and extremely patient. They will answer every single question you have for them. They also clean cameras and have classes. This business will definitely be on my future trips for photography. I bought a used Nikon lens from Hunt's Photo and Video and it looked like it was in mint condition.
