Excellent and thorough. I actually had them in twice to ensure our walk through went smoothly and things agreed upon were done. I actually couldn’t be happier. They were very down to earth and fully explained everything to me comprehensively! They were able to make very good suggestions and even coached me on what to do to save me money in the long run. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend these folks! The best part... they’re fantastic people and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you guys!

This is the second time we have used Costel Malureanu for inspecting our prospective property, both times for multi-unit buildings. He is extremely detailed oriented and will go above and beyond to let you know exactly the state of the building, inside and out. He was instrumental in helping me deal with the seller. His report is very detailed, and he is readily available to discuss his findings. I trust his judgement so much I did not even go and see the second property in person - he is the best in the industry!
