Doctor Vazquez was my primary pediatrician referred by my specialist as a young girl, I’m now 22 with a beautiful baby boy and it’s a blessing to be able to have my pediatrician as my son’s primary doctor. One of the smartest things I did was assign Doctor Vazquez, whom I am comfortable with and who is familiar with my medical history, as my baby’s primary doctor. While still in the hospital after having my son, Dr. Vazquez suggested doing a check up to assure he does not have any medical diagnoses related to the ones I had as a child, and as it turns out, he did. Had I taken him any where else they would not have checked him. Many complaints about the office consist of the wait time but one thing I’ve noticed is it’s solely the impatient, short-tempered people that have those issues! When it regards your children you’re supposed to have all the time in the world. Suzy, Karen and Sabrina are all amazing members.

If you are looking for a pediatrician for your children BEWARE DO NOT bring them here.. expected wait time is over THREE hours from when ever they tell you to show up. It’s a shame I had the primary care Dr., as my pediatrician when I was little and wow definitely not the same. I think if you are a parent your wish and your want is for your child to be healthy, normal and happy..and I know that no parent wishes their child would have any type of condition. Yes doctors are doctors and they can say what they think is wrong but at the end of the day you as a parent decide what to do with your children. Today January 27, 2021 my wife needed some papers signed by the Dr’s at this facility and what a hassle it was just to get them signed. The head Dr. called my sons school where he’s receiving his therapy to find out info and on the phone with the school the doctor insulted my wife talking down to her like if she was nothing. After everything was said and done the school called my wife back and apologized for the doctors behavior. I personally feel this place is a waste of time and a poor excuse for a facility that takes care of children. Another thing when you take paper work to be filled out you still need to wait THREE hours, and if they’ve seen your children the day before or that same day they still want you to bring your child to be seen .. Sucks.....but this place is a joke..

Worst place. The reviews are true about how HORRIBLE this place is. They're on concerned about money and how many patients can be seen to collect more. You never see the doctor, staff is overworked, stressed all the time. NOT HELPFUL. DO NOT BRING YOUR BABES HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Very happy at Portofino. Suzy and front desk nice to us. We have large family. My son is very sick and my daughter have mental disabilties. Easy to get referrals after they find good one for us. Office busy sometimes because they are well loves by my coworkers who recommend to me. We foster kids who come from abused families, sexual abuse, and trust the office to help. The staff is very detailed and maybe sometime take long but I rather they check the kids good then be sick with infection because too fast appointment.

Horrible!!!!! Don’t waste your time minimum wait time is 5 hours with appointment. She forbids you to go to the urgent care for emergencies and threatens to not see your child and changes your PCP without your permission!
