I love the experience of this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service department (shout out to Jason) was top notch. If this is your first or 17th bike, these are the courteous and no swindling team to go to.

What an experience! Friendly, professional and very efficient staff. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Steven Davis. I told him what I was leaning towards, my previous riding experience (very long time ago) and he introduced me to the Triumph section. I fell in love with the feel, weight and sound of this bike and once he threw me a reasonable price (out the door), I new I had to have it. The most amazing thing, I was in and out in under 2 hours (closer to 1.5 hrs) with keys in hand. 10/10 recommend and hitting up my man, Steven, for a deal.
I wish they could keep a good service people there. Their service is not good in my opinion... My bikes is under warranty, I also bought the extended but would rather pay out of pocket and take it to Montgomery Motorsports or do the work myself. I have given them a few chances to provide good service and I feel like it was not good... not to mention they are overpriced
Just wanted to give the customer service technician Jason a shout-out. Thank you for your professionalism in assisting my husband in this difficult time with his Road King. It really means so much you called us to review the quote with us and explained what needed to be done to fix his transmission, why, and a time frame for when the bike will be ready for pick up which may change depending on when the parts arrive etc . I'm sorry we missed you at the dealership when we picked up the quote from another service technician who I felt was also nice and even left a message on your desk for you to call us when you got back. Excellent example of what customer service should be. :)
I bought a Kawasaki Versys on October 23, 2018 from these guys. Great bike, but the rear blinker assemblies literally fell off 18 months later. There was supposed to be a recall for it. After two months of "waiting for parts" and back and forth phone calls, they insist that the recall work was completed on 28 October 2018 (after I already had the bike). Worst dealer experience ever!
I recently purchased a Bonneville T120 from Cycle City, Honolulu. AJ was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I can honestly say that out of the 5 motorcycles I have purchased over the years that this one was the most stress free I have experienced. I’d also like to acknowledge Mike in the Parts Department for getting me fitted out with a new helmet. His subject matter expertise, attention to detail and enthusiasm made me confident I made the right decision on my purchase.
Love this place. Friendly and helpful people. They sell helmets, clothes, dirt bikes, motorcycles (HD, BMW, Suzuki, etc). Cool place to go just to admire the Harley's.
My review is on behalf of my dad and my uncle; we purchased our Harley’s from Steven Davis. Customer Service was great, he was very knowledgeable on his products. Steven helped my dad and my uncle find the right bikes that they were looking for in the price range we could afford. Paperwork was already prepped and ready for my dad when he went in after work, and was in & outa there with a quickness. As for my uncle, he was having a difficult time getting insurance on his own, but Steven helped out with getting it for him right away... so that took a big stress off of him. Their Harley’s were cleaned and on the showroom floor ready for pick up the day we requested. Awesome service!!! Highly recommend Steven Davis! Thank you so much!! We’ll definitely be back!
