The back burner on my gas insert would “explode” with a LOUD bang each and every time the insert was turned on. On more than one occasion, the technician where I bought the insert said this explosion was normal and there was no way to eliminate the loud noise. Jesee came out, quickly diagnosed the malfunction and corrected the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
