Wow! Another great service experience at Chapman Jeep Chrysler in Horsham, PA. Our service manager, Alfredo Vaz, always takes great care of us and our vehicles. He makes sure the service is done right and on time, and always takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions we have. He's one of the main reasons we keep going back. Very pleasant, personable, and professional.

Made an appointment online for routine service and a service bulletin update. Was greeted by Alfredo who took care of me during my wait at Chapman. He kept me updated throughout the morning on the status of my Jeep and was even sent a video from the tech showing me what was performed. All in all, great experience and will continue to use Chapman as my preferred dealer!
