I requested my bike have some work done, it was skipping a bit on certain gears, paid well enough and the problem still continued. This issue happened quite a while back, I never brought it to his attention but now I finally brought it up here. I should have brought it to his attention back then but it has irked me ever since. Actually the bicycle is a Trek, and you supposedly worked on it. I doubt that you did. If anyone is posting fake reviews it is probably the last three that you posted. You have a lot of nerve. I know I've spent close to 400 in BG Bicycles. This supposed epair\ cost me 176. I have proof on my bank statement. 10/03 Sq *Bg Bicycles Houma LA Card 7690 176.00 What nerve, i have the bank statement if anyone wants to see.

This place is by far the best bike shop. They go out of their way to help customers. We wanted a few impossible to find bikes, they located them and shipped them for us. We will never use anyone else but BG bicycles. Outstanding customer service and really good people. Thank you guys again :)

This place goes the extra mile. We ordered a Yakima Rooftop cargo box and they stayed open and helped us install it at 9PM at night after the truck was delayed in delivering the special order part. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

I was in town, visiting family for the holidays when my bike started having issues. I brought it in and Rod took great care of me. He changed my chain, rear break cable, and two sprockets, and replaced the tape on my handlebars all in less than 24 hours and for a very reasonable price. Definitely my go to shop when I’m in town.
