I went in looking for a bread maker and not a soul asked if I needed help. I asked one person who was nice enough who told me they no longer carry it but I could order it online. I then went to customer service to ask if I ordered it could I have it delivered to the store. The young lady working behind the counter never looked up at me, never stopped cleaning the counter, and answered me with the utmost disdain and said no you have to have it ordered to your house. I understand that working during the Christmas holiday is not that much fun, I've done it myself but that was really terrible customer service I will not return

Went to look for a rice cooker and hoped to find the brand I wanted. Only one they had was a different model but decided to buy. Happy with my purchase and the customer service at this BB&B was excellent.

Sad to see a store that used to be great, go down towards its demise. Advertised items not in stock, \disoriented\ attendants, long register lines, employees that prefer to sweep that to take care of customers. I am throwing away the famous 20% discounts coupons, and saving myself the disgust.

I had ordered an item for curbside pickup but went inside as well. The man working the front desk (the manager maybe) was very friendly and professional. Store was well stocked and it was a nice shopping experience.

Today I was just window shopping but Bed Bath & Beyond had a lot of great house hold items that any family would love to have in there ho especially for the upcoming holiday season.
