I have been wanting to try this place for a while, I ordered fish shrimp and gumbo. I don’t know how in the hell this place has all these good reviews, because the gumbo was gravy with overcooked shrimp and fake crab . it had no flavor. And the fish and shrimp was flattened out and fried weird. The girl at the register was very nice it looked like it had A good vibe in there, but the food is trash.

I am so glad I found this awesome place by accident while I was visiting Houston yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. I had fried oysters, gumbo, fried mushrooms with ranch dressing and buttered toast. The staff was friendly and accommodating, since I have a disability. They really live up to the reputation that Houston people have for being kind and courteous. I'm glad I discovered this great establisment located in southwest Houston.
I went on a Saturday around 5 and the place was empty. Good atmosphere and very good costumer service. I order the grill fillets and shrimp with fried rice and it was VERY delicious, cook to perfection. Also the wings with the dans special sauce were bomb And the shrimp potato and corn I got it extra spicy OMG was perfect it was spicy but a the same time full of flavor and with the big shrimp I recommend this place %
This was not the place I had plannes to visit. Found this by accident. It was really good and filling. I had 4 oysters shrimp catfish. Absolutley delicious
